    Luc, all natural colours and flavours...probably a bit much sugar but I reckon I'll burn it back off. And jelly babies are gluten and dairy free so not agravating my tummy.

    Noooooooooooooooo - they are empty calories. empty empty empty I tell you and not even the mood enhancing properties of chocolate:eek::eek::eek: claorie for calorie chocolate is more satisfying and nutritious (especially if dark) than jelly babies no matter how pure and unadulterated they appear to be
