I have been working really hard at the gym and out walking and it is paying off - my calves rival Beckhams and my thighs are getting there. I lost 10 pounds through January as a result but February was a total disaster. And, yes I know muscle weighs more than fat but I think my eating habits as illustrated below will give you the full picture!
Still working out but I have been hit with the curse of the malteser bunny. Have you seen them in their tempting red wrappers? You rip one open and bite into the ears to discover an experience not dissimilar to dunking thick milk chocolate into Horlicks. I cannot resist them EVERY time I go shopping, which is almost every day. It is amazing that I haven't actually started regaining weight - I have thus far managed to remain the same, but if this continues it will be a disaster. The final straw was yesterday, hubby is in Amsterdam until tonight so I had the whole day and an evening (once the blonde was in bed) to myself. I popped to the supermarket on my way home and horror of horrors saw BOXES of the things - I couldn't resist - and it wasn't until I got to the till that I realised it wasn't just a large bunny, it was a box of 32 to be used for filling the shelf above!!! I was too embarrassed to put them back so I ate 18 - yes EIGHTEEN! I threw the rest in the bin after opening each one and squirting them individually with washing up liquid so I couldn't go back to them later on!
I saw a programme about a binge eater that eats less than I do when I am in one of these moods !!!!!!.
There are 9 weeks until I go to Wales and do a whole day of hillclimbing with the lads so I must be match fit by then. I really need to shift half a stone by then just to fit into my leggings without them rolling down to rest under the muffin top of their own volition. And, I must be able to keep up with them, for if I start to roll downhill there really will be no stopping me.
If I am not careful I shall resemble a reverse lollipop head, with a tiny head on a scrawny neck leading to a round body with legs of steel holding the whole mess up. I have finally measured my boobs, waist and hips so that even if the weight sticks I can see the inch loss - I have worked out that if I put 6 inches on my boobs and 5 on the hips I would look bloody incredible - the perfect figure, or I could try and lose 6 from my waist for much the same effect! I am aiming to be slightly sleeker than my weeble like self so wish me luck - and please feel free to write to my local Supermarket requesting total bunny withdrawal!
:D stay wonky
:D

Umm fab day for me... not! Sts at weigh-in which isnt too bad as I had been on a 7 day binge up until yesterday
At least I know with running and eating not too sensible I can still maintain
I then couldn't get the interview changed but thankfully someone in work has done me a huge favour. Then I run for the bus and get home at 5.20 but my key is in my running gear in the house  So I then had to get the bus back up to work to get the key from Mum... A waste of £6 (well pre paid ticket bus journey's) and there is no way I can afford to replace them as I have no money now untill payday way into April
Nevermind onwards and upwards I think. One positive is I have recieved a red card and havn't ordered anything... I wonder if its a comp prize?
Have a great evening all :A0 -
My car's being re-MOTed tomorrow to see if that guy was telling me the truth. Also, I didn't get the flat.
So I've been in better moods. I'll have to see about doing some dinner soon, no idea what though.

I love it... But what a waste.
I just hope they don't have loads really cheap after easter like they usually do with creme eggs!
Grr, dad and sister have had another argument and I'm having to try and referee. Again. Sister really needs to grow up and realise she's responsible for herself, she's had thousands from dad over the last couple of years, just about wiped out his savings, and now the pot's dry. Best of all is how she looks down on me and my neighbours for being on benefits yet seems to think she's special and her rules shouldn't apply to her. Sorry for the rant...Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
Sorry about the flat Kayleigh. I was looking at houses yesterday online, having a bit of a daydream! Good luck for the MOT tomorrow.
Sorry you haven't had a good day Pap.
