BR Reason? Is this ok?

Hi guys,
Thanks so much for everyones help in my other thread. Does anybody know if the following is acceptable for my reason for BR?
'I have become insolvent as I have overcommitted on credit agreements and hadn't managed my money effectively.
I originally obtained a personal unsecured loan to clear my credit card and catalogue debts, however once these were cleared I re-used my cleared accounts and accumulated another amount of debt on top of the loan amount.
Because of these extra payments, I then fell behind on utility payments and other agreements such as mobile phone contracts and then fell in to a spiral of debt.
I obtained a payday loan, but kept 'rolling interest' over, then found myself obtaining more loans to repay the existing ones interest.
I contacted the CCCS who said I was just eligible for a Debt Management Plan, but then I received a CCJ from Bannatynes Fitness Limited which means I can no longer afford a DMP.
I feel that although I fully accept I am to blame for my bankruptcy situation I am faced with no other option.' I have become insolvent as I have overcommitted on credit agreements and hadn't managed my money effectively.

Sounds ok but maybe some dates when loans etc were taken might help. I also notice that you have repeated the second paragraph at the end of your statement.0
