Can BR be reversed

Hubby and I went BR last Monday and this morning I woke up in a cold sweat having had a dream that the OR turned round and said we couldn't be BR anymore (obviously not explaining why cos I was only dreaming) but I am kinda worried now that subconsciously I am worried that we will be "chucked out on our ear".

Once the judge as pondered your case and granted the BR, can it be reversed like that???? We haven't lied about anything and took advice from the CAB and CCCS before we did it but now we are BR I am feeling very vunerable.

I guess, that I will worry now until our interview with the OR on 20th April.

Unless you suddenly come into enough money to pay off all your debts plus many many £1,000s in OR fees, then your BR can't and won't be reversed.

If you did come into that sort of cash, then that would be good though. ;)

Hello D, If we're honest we all have felt the same or similar things. Yes your feeling very sensitive at the moment, you don't suddenly stop worry after all the months sometimes years of it. But the big bit is over, now the little bits like the OR interview etc. You will in time see things so much more clearer and enjoy your new start. keep coming on telling us how you feel and you will clear that fog.

    Take care.

i can't see how and why it would be turned down, the judge has passed his judgment. please try and stop worrying, it's just not going to happen.

after your interview things will calm down and you will feel much better i promise x

As long as what you have put is accurate then there is no way the OR can overturn it.

The only ones i have seen revoked are when the person has large hidden incomes and so are not insolvent or if you are a forign national here on a bankruptcy holiday, neither of these are true in your case so you shouldnt have a problem

It would only be extreme circumstances where they would revoke it, like if they discovered you'd been fraudulent or something crazy like that. I honestly wouldn't worry... oh and stop eating cheese before bedtime ;)

Debtinfo - I can honestly say we have no large income and I was born and bred here in good ole blightly and can trace my family back past the 1800s right here in the Midlands. So thats those 2 reasons out the window. :D
