            Oh we've had washy sheen less times, including when our eldest was a newborn unfortunately! *icky* I used to chuck everything in the bath and prance round on it like I was stomping grapes, felt like a right loonie but it did the trick lol!

 Have you checked the filter? I think I've been caught out with that being bunged up and icky before and it worked ok without leaking after that was cleaned.
 Or your door seal could be knackered?
