The letter template for the 2nd letter you send for charges starts with (havnt heard from you, disappointed etc-pretty much the same as the1st letter i sent to Capital One, is this the right one to send?

Did they not respond to you Subject Access Request?
If they did then why did you write them a letter saying that you hadn't heard from them?[strike]-£20,000[/strike] 0!0
