Buy now pay later

Hi guys,

i am going bankrupt tomorrow my appointment is at 9:50...eeek!

I was wondering i bought some clothes from the catalogue on buy now pay later....before i was aware i was going bankrupt they are on the buy now pay later until October next year i believe, willl i have to give them back as i havent paid for them yet?

    Not 100% but should fall into your BR. Can you prove that you took debt before you knew you were going BR.
    It is looked upon sometimes to take extra debt when you know you are going BR thats all.

    I have a couple of catalogue accounts and i have been advised that these can be included in BR.

    Good luck I will be thinking of you. I too have buy now pay later on my bankruptcy which is on the 31st and i hope that it goes through ok for both of us.
