Would we get a mortgage?

Hi all,
Andy came down to meet us today and we had a long and productive look at our options. After going through our state of affairs the results proved we could get a 100% mortgage from a variety of lenders for the amount we are thinking of. However the repayments on it were at the limit of what we think we could afford, and with Andy's honest and candid advice taken on board we have decided to wait until some more of my debt is paid off which will leave us in a much, much better position.
So Andy, many thanks for your help and you can count on the fact that we will be back to you in due course. I'll also be recommending your services to friends and colleagues. :T0 -
How could she have questioned his excellence? :mad:
I think he was scared though. :rotfl: The thought of it!!!!!!!!:eek: .
Good luck with the moneysaving. Be brutal.
All the best,

@Aidy
Bank of England Interest rates have shot up today so this is a good time time to start to get rid of you high rate existing debts and save towards a deposit for a property. There are many helpful tips and strategies throughout this site. The stickies at the top of the debt-free wannabe are a good start.
In the end you can get more for your money if you pick up the information and apply it to your circumstances. Some call the change in thought processes a lightbulb moment. Budgeting is the key to whatever decisions you may take.

Following on from the excellent Mr. Bloggs and joking aside, you could post your outgoings on the DFW board and watch the "nerds"( :money: 's description not mine) cut your costs. They'll love it. You can just sit back and let them do the work for you and then take the advice you choose. I will look out for you and offer my frugal opinion too.
All the best,

I'm so glad I didnt have to publicly consume my knickers, although I'm sure Mr Smith had he chose would have derived great pleasure at my expense.
Glad its worked out for you, I only ever give people the best advice, and that includes recommending the best advisors! As for JB comments, he has a good and valid point, and I would add that the lenders will already be examining their profit margins in view of this.I am a Mortgage Adviser

I trawled the net to find an appropriate supplier of underware from lastminute in Australia. I had no thoughts that there would ever be a need for it where MSE members are concerned.

:rotfl: hmmmm looking at the deliciousness of them it makes my wonder if they have a male version....although I don't think my dearly beloved BF would take to kindly to wearing them! Good job I don't really have to do that. I'd snap the elastic and ping those sweets everywhere with the size of my ahem.... :eek: :eek:
I am now confident I can wager to publicly consume my own knickers more often. And bra. :jI am a Mortgage Adviser
