I've found this one on Goofbay: CELSIUS. You need to speand £30 to get £5, valid until 17th August.

I've just tried this and got a message saying 'This redemption code cannot be used from your Paypal account'

Yes, I tried it too and it said the same to me. I didn't know if it was because my goods cost less than £30, and only came above £30 including P+P? Sorry if I've posted something useless, I'm fairly new on here and thought I'd found something helpful! :embarasse
