Filling in Forms - Assets Questions?

Section 3
As well as a car (used for business and low value) I have a little motorbike in my name only 125 and still not passed my test (and can't afford it yet for a good while!) it's both hobby and cheap to get around.
OH has big bike but likes to takes it out and looks after/pays for it!
Q -Think it's worth under £1000 but where does it go on forms?
Does it go in section 3 - any other property?

I have had life policy as have a house & mortgage (currently rented cos it didn't sell after we moved away)
I have the original policy document from the broker but know I let it lapse, but cannot find a shred of ever having been sent anything about it.
Would it be OK to put my brokers info in there as I've no idea of the details?
They will have info on all my policies because they set them up (pre MSE!)

Any assets will need to be included although I haven't got the forms to hand to say what section it is. If you need the car for your job it's likely you'll be able to keep that but highly likely the bike would go I'm afraid.

If you don't have the exact details of the insurances then put what you do have but with explanatory notes in the additional information section at the back.

Another Q for re-assurance - I really don't know the dates my unsecured debts were started so just putting 1/1/xxxx as a complete guess in the online forms and I assume I should put an explanation in additional information.

If you don't know for certain just put the approximate year and then something like *Estimate. It's not essential really just put what you can on there.
