hey folks, am in process of writing my preliminary letter to the bos tryng to reclaim my bank charges and got a couple of questions i can't see on the consumer group page.
firstly i have two accounts i'm claiming for, so i have to send two individual letters (the statement one actually reffered to multiple accounts but this one doesnt) or should i repeat the relevent bits that need account details.
secondly on martins article piece it says to enter your details in a spreadsheet with a link to the consumer website, but i can't see a spreadsheet there?
maybe it's just me being daft...dunno. but muchos gracias for all the help i know you guys are about to give!

I would think that if you have two accounts with the same bank, then one letter, worded appropriately, would be the way forward.
The excel spreadsheet you want is in the bank templates library section of the forum. You have to register or you can't see it.0
