The SOA was based on household expenses. Everything that came into the household and everything that went out this included things in her husband's name. The OR just asked whos name each bill was in but accepted the SOA on the basis she had those 2 which were in her name, changed into her partners.Sorry being thick but I still don`t get this! are you saying they were allowed to claim for it on their SOA?
Tell you what.. I'll draw up a mock SOA to give as an example to show you what was submitted. 2 secs.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

I've just knocked that up so it's not correct figures for obvious reasons. In that example the client was asked to switch her sky into her partner's name. They also had TV rental which I've forgotten to add on there in the client's name and again, the OR said if they changed that into her OH's name then they could keep it.
BR went through without a hitch. In fact they were more picky about the fact we'd not put the county in the addresses!Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
