Help with divorce mortgage

Vicki's looking into renting a flat, but Jo isn't happy about it - she really likes where they are now as it's so ideal for friends and school - but we understand that it might have to happen.
Pensions have been mentioned but I don't know the figures.
In the end Vicki wants to rent anyway, and Dave wants to get another mortgage, so Dave will probably end up in a 1 or 2 bedroom flat or small new build house. Vicki was hoping to stay put for the next few years and then rent a house (she actually wants to move away to Devon or somewhere eventually, when Jo goes to Uni or whatever). I think that's another major point in not wanting to move now she just wants to get Jo through the school/college stresses then when she's settled Vicki can move on.Trev. Having an out-of-money experience!
