does anyone know an email address or anything to get in touch with t mobile customer services? I have just rang the t mobile customer services number and the person on the other end of the phone couldnt understand me and we were getting nowhere. I said I'd written to t mobile previously with no reply to get a default removed from my account and she said if they ignore you, you just have to keep sending letters... the cheek!!! Surely there should be someone else I can speak to when you don't get a reply from the address i wrote to?

first off did you send it recorded delivery?
if not you need to send it recorded so YOU have the proof that it has been recieved
if you do not get a reply within an acceptable time frame you need to go through the T-Mobile complients proceedure, which will require another letter to them, once again recorded delivery
if the complainets proceedure doesnt get you anywere then i believe you can take it to the OFT and financial ombusman
but generally you have to at least try their internal complainets proceedure first, remember on the phone YOU get no proof of what has transpired if done in writing through recorded delivery you get the proof you have tried to resolve it with them first

take screen shots if you can for proofDrop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)0 -
I used to have a direct email and number for one of there complaints team - will look it out.
I used the contact us facility on there website and they got back to me really quickly.0 -
thanks a lot, i think i looked into the complaints a couple of months ago but do you need an account number to go through the complaints procedure as its about a closed account from 2007 which they put a default on? and obviously as it didn't know there was a problem until recently i dont have any of the account info anymore0
