This month, I have had my 'lightbulb moment', which I think is a really big thing. I've been really thrifty since then and I've also set my targets for next month (OH gets paid on the 1st and there's going to be no more 'frittering')Debt @ 22/11/07 = £11,038.74
Debt Free Since = June 2015
I'm having a FREE Christmas 2016 - Cash/Vouchers earned (so far) = £57
Freebies earned = 20 -
Well done justanothermuppet the lightbulb going on is the most important time.
Well this month I have really bullsed up and managed to overspend over £400 and don't really know how so I am gutted. But fortunatlye my OH has worked his but off this month and we have a lot of extra coming in. I know this is putting a bit of a downer on such a positive thread ( sorry ) but it has inspired us both to sort it out and go back to mse living as of now. We have just looked on quidco and are going to join some more bingo sites etc that pay you more than you put in so that will be good. Also we have now bought everything we want / need for the house except one blind so we have no reason to mess up again.
Well done everyone else.
