Financial associations????

Does adding someone to your credit card as an additional card holder act to form a financial association with that person?

Also if that person were an undischarged Br would that be breaking any Br restrictions?

Much obliged for any answers given

Robbie

Also if that person were an undischarged Br would that be breaking any Br restrictions? IF the credit was for over £500 you would have to inform the company, therefore I doubt you would be able to add them anyway.

    Hope this helps?

    No, it doesn't.

Additional card holders on credit cards have nothing to do with the credit owed on that card. Credit cards are single onle. Only the card holder is responsible fully and totally. Therefore if you wanted an additional cardholder and they are BR, it wouldnn't matter; the credit card will not credit check them nor care as they are not the risk, the main holder is. And it doesn't affect any regualtions as the BR additional card holder is not the one taking any additional credit.

And you would not be linked financially on any credit reports either.
