Starting a DMP need adresses though

I have just recieved my starter pack for a DMP with CCCS can anyone give the adresses i need to send the template letter telling creditors im doing a DMP.
the credtiors are the following:

Natwest- personal unsecured loan
britannia- personal unsecured loan
orange -orange mobile phone bill

For Banks I sent the letter to my branch
as for others send it to the adress on your statements

cheers thank you. dont know if your with cccs but in your welcome pack it says about your 1st payment should be made at the postoffice but i didnt get no paperwork to use at the post office.
do it come after i sign and send the agreement back?

When I spoke to the lady at cccs on the phone the other day to say that my pack wouldnt arrive in time she gave me all the details account numbers and such over the phone and told me to get a trans cash paying in slip at the post office and use that,( think they will be on the post office counter) if you haven't got all the details like account numbers and such, give cccs a ring and they will give you the info over the phone to enable you to fill trans cash slip out xx

Hi, if you call CCCS on 0845 2725400 and select number 1 you can set up your DD with them over the phone. Just make sure you have your CCCS number to give them.
