filling in the forms help!!!!!

hi guys i really need some help i got my date this friday im sooo scared already and its only monday .
im just going over my forms where it says list of creditors and what the money was used for shall i be honest and say clothes, mobile, christmas shoppin etc??
also..... i have a loan with hfc for a 42" tv i owe £800 on this will this get taken from me?? its not on hp as i asked them but its as a loan if u were to sell this ill prob get about 300 as i took the loan out in 2007.

Dont worry about the TV. Are you even sure about the £300? Have a look on ebay for a 2ndhand value, it may be less than you think. The OR is only interested in assets over £1k as selling costs outweigh a low valuation.
And day to day expenses seems reasonable to me for what you spent the money on. All of that is day to day living. It's only at this point in our lives that we realise that we lived a little more than we should have! LOL!0 -
Hi Roses, try not to worry and just be honest about what you spent the money on, the OR can request statements from banks and credit card companies and can check whether you have told the truth. If you spent it on Christmas shopping and clothes just say so, they won't tell you off, but if you fib to them that's a different matter and can get you in a lot of trouble.0
