Hi
Im looking at applying to MOAT on the First Time Buyers Initiative but I was wondering would I have a better chance of getting accepted and getting a 50% government offer with a lower wage or a higher one?
Thanks

Have you seen http://www.moat.co.uk/HomeBuy/ProductsOptions/Documents/Am%20I%20Eligible%20Jan%2010.pdf ?
The FTBI/Homebuy Direct minimum income is £18k, while the New Build Homebuy starts at £12k. Both have a maximum household income of £60k.
Within the range of their criteria, I don't think it makes any difference.0
