Good morning all. Just had a letter from this company in reference to a loan took out in 1999. Having moved several times since then and not receiving any correspondence i had actually forgot about this debt, seems there was a CCJ raised also. Now im not one to try and wriggle out of any responsibilities, but isnt there a time limit on tracing people for outstanding balances??????
