Can anyone please tell me if CC companies will accept token payments before you enter into a DMP?
I have not got round to setting up a DMP yet ( But looks like i am going down the CCCS route) and as i am going to be struggling to make my minimum payments next month i was going to send them token payments instead.
Has anyone else done this and had it excepted?
Well done everyone on here - it is a brilliant site with lots of advce and support!:T

What a speedy response!
I will use one of these to get the ball rolling( Or stalled as the case may be)
Ta again:beer:0 -
just thinking - will they reply to say they are accepting this or not?
once i send this letter should I just keep paying the token payments for the 3 month period whether i hear from them or not?
Sorry for asking silly questions.0 -
They'll probably reply either yes or no,
If you are planning paying token payments for 3 months they will ask you to send in an
SOA(statement of Accounts/Affairs)
We use this one and ask people to post their SOA
you will get something slightly different
Contact CCCS sooner than 3 months though, put your figures in the CCCS Debt RemedyPROUD TO BE DEALING WITH MY DEBT NERD #869
