Another forms question

Hi, I want to put some additional information on the online form. Section 13 should be the place to put it but there is no section which covers adhoc extra information, help!

Things like:-
1) did private hire for a couple of months
2) one of my loans agreements is new only because I claimed back PPI on an old agreement and they had to issue a new loan agreement. I don't want the OR to think that I took out a loan recently when knowing I was in financial trouble.
3) I want to keep my car if possible so I want to let them know that my parents have agreed to pay car running costs until I get employment.
4) Advising that my credit card have expired and ceased using 18 months ago
5) JSA is paid into my mothers bank account0 -

When you print the form out there will be a couple of pages at the end of the form which is section 13 with lots of space for you to hand write extra information in.0
