Got email, saying that I should get my pack soon weeks ago. I emailed then to ask about it but got no response. Anyone know what's going on?

I don't know what's going on (just generally ) but the email I received a couple of weeks ago said my pack could take approx. 2-4 weeks to be delivered. I'd hang on another couple of weeks, even if you got your email earlier than I did - they might be planning to send out the rest of the packs in a big batch. Fingers crossed we get them soon!

I'm still waiting too, I had their e-mail about 3 weeks ago, no news since.Looks like we have got to hang on a bit more.Fingers crossed they haven't forgotten us:(

Have just received my pack. 2 lovely boxes inside each containing a hand cream and 3 moisturising lotions, all full size! My sis got hers too, we applied on 21st march. Hope everyone else gets theirs soon! What a really generous freebie, well worth the wait in my opinion

Ooo, brilliant, thanks for the heads-up and well done to you and your sister! :T I applied for mine on the 22nd March (according to the date I thanked the OP) so fingers crossed mine is on its way too!

Did your box arrive by courier or Royal Mail? I went out on Saturday morning & got back to a Hermes delivery card. I am wondering whether it is for this? There is barely anything written on the card though & so I don't know when they are going to try & deliver again

Mine arrived this morning - totally unexpected but what a fabulous and generous feebie :j I'll have to stay away from Boots now until my stock goes down a bit

The parcel says ukmail.com- It was a plain White van. Sorry I can't be more help

Brilliant, I've received my pack too! :T I genuinely do use and like this stuff so I'm more than happy to recommend it to friends and family. Now who should I share my products with...?
