Moving 3 months before br

I currently rent and pay 595 per month. In my tenancy agrerement it states that going br is not allowed kind of thing. I am going br in 3 months, if i moved now to a more expensive place (seen a nice flat at 695 - not expensive for area i live and its fully furnished as I dont have anything) is this allowed, will I be punished by the OR when I finally become br?

Just me, two bed flat, fully furnished, all white goods etc as I dont anything since my divorce. It is possibly 50 pounds or so over the average for the area but then again its is ff.0

we can't predict what the OR will say, but you need to ask yourself if it is reasonable for the area you live in - if it's reasonable don't worry as you need to move anyway due to the br clause in your current contract. also, can you afford this rent?0
