Hi,
Just finishing off my petition for tomorrow, and I'm wondering if I should list my student loan on my SOA? I know it can't be included in the petition (even though it's from 1992) but should I list it on the forms?

i listed mine, but i know a lot of people don't. i'm not sure what the official stance is though sorry

Yes, you list ALL you debts, regardless.
EVEN if you think that (like student loans) they are not eventually wiped out by the BR.
