Options
I HAD BEEN LONG TERM SICK AND DECIDED TO TAKE EARLY RETIREMENT IN DECEMBER LAST YEAR. I HAD BEEN RECIEVING E.S.A UP UNTIL 22 JANUARY.
WHEN I DECIDED TO TAKE UP A JOB OFFER ON 25th JANUARY.
UNFORTUNATELY MY HEALTH HAS BROKEN DOWN AND I DECIDED TO RESIGN FROM THIS JOB.(JOB WAS PART TIME 20 HRS PER WEEK).RESIGNED 20 MARCH
I WAS NOT OFF SICK I RESIGNED AS I FELT IT WAS AFFECTING MY HEALTH.
As I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH MY GP I EXPECT TO BE PUT BACK ON THE SICK ONCE AGAIN.
WOULD I BE CLAIMING ESA THROUGH WHAT IS TERMED AS A RAPID RECLAIM
AND THEREFORE SUBMITTING MY SICK LINES AS I PREVIOUSLY DID TO MY
LOCAL BDC JOBCENTRE PLUS.
GRATEFUL FOR ANY HELP FROM SOMEONE WHO DEALS IN THESE MATTERS.
