Cashminder account

After taking advice and the Bank I owe money to froze my account, I opened a Co-op cashminder account and everything has been tickety-boo since. Now I don't know if to clear out the money before the big day (week tomorrow) ?!
Another query I have is with the online form, step 3.1 'Cash in bank, building society or similar account'; does this account go in there ?
I am also wondering if the superannuated pension I paid into goes here. It was with a previous employer and is frozen for roughly 20 years until I reach eligible age = 'auld' if not, will put it in additional information at the end, which I'll hopefully reach before the end of the week  (gulp)

It is up to you whether you clear your account, personally I did not, if you do ensure you leave enough in to clear any DD`s, and for everyday living etc.
