Help with BR forms please

Hi everyone

Hubby and I are in the process of completing the bankruptcy forms but there are a couple of things we are not sure of.

Firstly, o/h got rid of all his vehicles to do with the business so does not own a car of his own. There is a question that asks if you have access to any other cars owned by someone else, then it goes on to ask the value and who owns it.

Well he has a company fiesta van which he is only allowed to use for work purposes to get to and from work and to do visits whilst he is at work, obvioulsy he has no idea of it's value as it's owned by the company so not sure on this.
The other thing is I have a car which I pay for myself but it's leased so effectively it's owned by the car co not me and hubby only has access to it when I'm not using it ie weekends, as I use it all week for work and to ferry our son about, so again not sure what to put in there as he is insured to drive it but it's he's very restricted on when he actually gets to drive it.

Finally it says to state any life policies etc, well we have a joint policy but it's for a very small amount a month and it's only to pay off the mortgage should one of us die, it asks what the policy is worth and I have no idea as it's not something we would be able to access unless something were to happen to one of us.

Anyone who can help on these points, we are terrified of not putting something in we should and it coming back on us but again really don't have the answers to these questions.

thanks:(

Hi, I would put the company van as this is the one he most uses. To get an idea (it doesnt have to be exact) you could try autotrader, or just put the details into google there may be similar vehicles for sale somewhere out there.

The Value of the life policy would be the value of the mortgage as this is what it would pay out if envoked

remember that anything that is not clear you can put a note in section 13 to explain yourself better

I have to admit we didn't put dh's company van on the form as it is owned, insured and diesel and everything paid for by his company, and it is strictly work use only.

When he had his OR interview he said about it and that we hadn't put it on, and they were fine with that.
