Ive decided....Im going bankrupt ......

Well, its been a long time coming, ive read and researched, been to CAB, spoken to numourous debt advisors and this is my only way to move on with my life.
My partners business went through 2 years ago, at the same time our 1st baby was due, i had already handed in my notice to my employer when the liquidation was about to go through. Past 2 years have been a blur...new baby,no job, partner self employed, money one month not the next...loosing cars, assets, landlady threating us to leave..bayliffs......phonecalls.....bayliffs.....fines....letters.....ccj.....sleepless nights..snowballing effects...debt management plan..stress...worries...anxiety...relationship breakdown.
My personal debts were realted to the now liquidated buisness, and we have tried so so hard to pay them off, but not even the dmp can work for us anymore due to sparadic income.
I dont know why i am writing this on here for strangers to see, i suppose its me sub consiously wanting people to say.....its ok, your not alone, i dont know, but what i do know is that things need to start to get better from this day forth.
thanks for reading
xx:o

Hi, I don't really know much about Bankruptsy but I do lurke the boards quite a lot and I have to say you are no way alone. I have read time and time again on here, the same sort of situation about being self employed and it going wrong and ending with criplling debt.
Good luck with your future :)

    Hi Sianoo,

You have been through so much and it feels like you are on your own, but you are soooooo not. Lots of us on here are in similar situations and there is so much info and support on here, it's brilliant.

Please try not to worry too much, it's not worth it, there is always a way through and I'm sure you'll get lots of helpful advice from some of the lovely people on here.

    Best Wishes :)
