:female:Could any kind soul please help me?
A few weeks ago there was a post on 1 of the forums re: the above product. There was many replies, as there was a manufacturer's coupon available, + a voucher on the lid for 1pound off next purchase. As both Wilkinsons & Morrisons were selling it for 98p, this was exceptionally popular!.Trouble is, now I've come to use my vouchers, & had great problems, I can't find the post !!
When I bought my 1st 2 bottles, I used the 2 manufacturer's vouchers(75p off per bottle). The shop kept me waiting 10 minutes while they decided whether they were going to accept them! These were official coupons, from the manufacturers website!
Today, when trying to redeem the pound off voucher, they refused flatly to accept them (very embarrassing), saying they were only valid on Persil Naturals, not the Comfort Naturals.I have been told they are all part of the Persil range, they even have the Persil logo on the back of the bottle! Many 'posters' had no problems with redemption, some had to 'debate the point', but most got the offer.
So sorry for going on, just thought someone may know where the post can be found, so I can check back.

Many thanks in advance for any help offered.:o

I redeemed my 75p vouchers against the comfort in Wilkinsons and picked up 2 naturals at £1.78(?) at the same time to use the £1 voucher. The staff on the tills were being trained while I was in store, being told specifically not to take the £1 vouchers against the comfort, but it does say Persil on the back of the comfort bottle if you want to try.

    Post is here

I had the exact same experience on friday at wilkinsons, picked up a bottle, took the coupon off at the till and asked the checkout girl to use it, she said she wasn't sure if she was allowed to as it would make the item free. (coupon was for £1 item was 98p), I said that it did say instant saving which in my view means at the till. She asked one supervisor who said yes I could use it and then two other members of staff said that I couldn't as it had to be used against a persil product and not comfort. I tried arguing that its exactly the same company and has persil on the back of the bottle but they weren't budging.

I only tried because I remembered that thread about it on here but I can't find it either.

I have used the £1 coupons in wilkinsons a few times with no problems but this time I was told no as I was not buying Persil. I even showed them the back of the bottle which has Persil on it but no luck. I bought persil washing capsules instead which cost me 98pence after using the coupons as these also were on offer.

Persil naturals is 1/2 price at only £1.98 for 18 washes in Wilkinsons atm anyway, so i got the comfort and used the voucher on the persil at the same time. Good value getting them both for less than £2 i say!
