Ipoints/topcashback question

Think i might have just made a silly mistake - can anyone reassure me please?! Went through topcashback as usual to make a purchase, order went through no problem. Then it went to a confirmation screen and at the bottom it said click here to collect your ipoints on this purchase....so without thinking i clicked and it said '560 ipoints have been credited to your account' (i hardly ever use ipoints so haven't got anywhere near enough for a reward)
Now i'm kicking myself....does going onto ipoints after making the purchase mean that mean my topcashback won't track??? I'll be really cross with myself if it does as i'd always rather have the hard cash (should have been about £5) than stupid points that i'll probably never use. I can't believe i'll get ipoints AND cashback, but maybe someone can reassure me?!!?

you probably will get both, but youll have to wait and see, check your topcashback account and see if tracked tomorrow
