Evening all,
I have just seen my credit report and while there is nothing major on there, there are some missed credit card repayments from my time as a student about 3 years ago now. We are looking to get a mortgage, how much is this likely to affect me? My credit histroy is fine other than this, including regular repayment on all my credit since.
Your help is a appreciated.

Jim2k - I'm in the same position, and have already had an approval in principle for a 100% mortgage at £126,995.
Admittedly, my partner's credit rating is impeccible!
I'm don't think you'd have many problems.
I'm not a mortgage broker and am not qualified to give this advice, this is only my opinion. i.e please don't sue me if I'm wrong!0 -
