Filling in form 6.28 - queries...

Under section 5, where it asks 'Do you have any cheque cards, cash dispenser cards, credit or charge cards, debit cards, etc' then asks you to list them... do you put down credit cards you've just listed as 'Unsecured Creditors' in section 4, even though you've already just listed them?

An example of a completed form I found online hadn't done, they'd only put them in Section 4, then listed any new cards (not creditors) in this section. Confused!

Yes you do, if you still have the cards, if the cards are long gone then you dont need to.

So if I've chopped the cards up and binned them (which I have done with some) then I don't bother, even if I still receive statements? (Not that I have any remaining credit on them anyway!)

Sorry to be a pain - I'm sure there'll be a few more questions yet!

What I would do in that case is to put as much information as possible. With most cards the account number is the credit card number. If you don't have all the info then just put an explanation in the additional information at the back.

Yeah, I've put all the info about the cards in section 4, just wondering if I need to put it all down in section 5 again?

If it's the sections I'm thinking of, you have the list of unsecured creditors, and then a page asking for details of your credit cards? If this is what you're referring to then yes you have to fill that in with the same details too.
