So now I have it confirmed that Im not going totaly mad we all seem to go through the same phases. The waking up early hours the Panic the utter desperation and the OMG how did it ever get like this. I split with my partner 18 months ago after a 20 year relationship and things just seemed to slip further and further. Thank God I took the plunge and contacted the CCCS got my DMP up and running last month and most of the time I feel in control. This forum is now my de-panic button.0
