What treadmill have you got? Im desperate for one, have no excuse not to go running if i have a treadmill at home lol x
I have a horizon elite 608 which i believe is no longer made, but it has a very heavy duty deck with superb shock absorption (its classed as a light commercial treadmill, its rated to 180kgs) but because of this you cant put the deck up
we cleared out the box room of all furniture and the crap we stored in there, gets used 6-8 times a week by me and SWMBO thou.
i get no joint pain on it at all (30 mins sessions), where as 15-20 mins of normal walking makes me knee ache like i have been hit by a car, when i walk upstairs my knee sounds like a torque wrench being done up ..0 -
That sounds fantastic Eric, sounds like its doing great for you. I dont have the luxury of a box room, (i am trying to get the kids to move out tho lol), so ideally would like one that folds up, but in reality i dont think they will be as good. Keep it up, all the best x0
