I got a couple of pairs in poundland
  • If you have a HABS near you they do them for either 99p or £1.99. My hubby used to have them a lot. He has had to have ones from opticians now but they were brill for the money, they even had folding ones and slim ones in little cases.

I use the ones from Poundland. They are fine for me and at only £1, it means you can have them all over the house and never have to go hunting for your glasses.

Yes Poundland or 99p Stores is a great source for the cheap reading glasses & Ethel Austin, who are now in administration have some decent ones reduced to £2.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.
