Student Loans

I'm in the process of filling in my forms for bankruptcy but am unsure how to list my two student loans. (I believe they cannot be included as a creditor so still need to be paid?)
The income contingency loan is taken from my pay at source (along with tax, National Insurance, etc) - can I make a note of this on the form and deduct it so it's not inc as my take home pay?
The second (older) student loan has to be paid by Direct Debit. I assume I include this on my list of expenses?

no real reason to note the first one as you put your net income after deductions down any way, the second one will be on the expenditure listHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Thanks. I assume (as they're exempt from the BR process) I don't list them on form 6.28 as either secured or unsecured creditors?0

I don't think it really matters Confuzzled - I put mine down on the list of creditors, although I knew they wouldn't be included in my BR - the OR never even mentioned them. I was thinking it would give the OR a fuller picture of my situation and showed how I didn't want to hide anything etc etc. But equally, if you don't want to put them down, as they aren't counted, I shouldn't think it matters either.Do not feed the trolls please.0
