Help with question from buyer's solicitor

Our solicitors have forwarded a questionnaire from our buyer's solicitors for us to complete. Most of the questions are identical to ones we have already answered on a previous form (is that usual?). However, there is also a new question which I do not really fully understand:
Could anyone explain to me exactly what that means so that I could answer it correctly? I tried to contact our solicitor to ask him but he was not available today.

Please let us know if there are any easements over the property or for the benefit of the property, which are currently unregistered, since we will be required to reveal these at registration under the new Land Registry Act

Essentially easements and rights of way are the rights of another to access to or control of all or part of the land.
I'm sure someone will be able to go into far more detail for you but that is the gist of it.

Such as a utility supplier, mod, etc ramblers usually in the case of rights of way but sometimes neighbours, farmers etcFour guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0 -
The question is asking about "disclosable overriding interests". Your solicitor should be able to send you a standard form asking about rights that may affect the property - these could be tenancies or leases, to rights to fish or graze animals on your land.0
