I want to say a big Thanks to members of this forum.
Back in December 2009 I recieved two demands from a DCA, Capquest.
I panicked, I got depressed, scared and even suicidal. When I had calmed down enough to think clearly I googled Capquest and was led to this site.
I cheered after reading just a few of the posts I found. The information was fantastic. Today recieved a letter from Crapquest stating that they would no longer pursue me for payment on one of theire demands (approx 10k). Had I panicked and not used the help on this site I would have paid 10K for an illegal and totally unenforcable debt.
I still have another battle to fight with them and with your help I hope It is one I will win. Once more a big thanks to all of you out there.
I feel that I owe MSE a great debt and allthough I am a newby I hope I can help someone in the way that I have been helped.
