Vol Termination of HP agreement and costs

In going BR, i am going to VT my HP agreement on a vehicle where i have paid well over half the amount. The HP agreement itself is in arrears by 1 month, and the agreement states there is a £45 collection fee and i have to pay if it is not in good condition (there is a slight dent beneath a wing mirror).
Will these costs be included in the BR or do i NEED to pay these?
