    morning all
I also went to gfs yesterday and on my own as my sister was unable to attend at last minute. I had a great time and got lots of mocs and drowned my sorrows with plenty of lovely champagne, toffee vodka and a delicious "chocolate wine" and to soak it up lovely pizza, cornish cheese and hand made chocs. For taking a 6 month gardeners world subscription you get a total of 7 issues, free seeds, and free gift of a lovely watering can worth £30something pounds and entry into the subscribers lounge. With the good food subscription you got a stir fry pan. There was lots of samples available the carte d'or stand was great with delicious tubs of various flavours and loads of mocs.
Sorry to disagree with earlier post maybe my good time was influenced by all my liquid samples ;)

When I click on print I get a page about how Smart Coupon works, which makes it looks like its just instructions, but there is a button to click on halfway down on the right, to print the moc. Then you get a page that says your coupon should now be printing.

I was having some problems printing last night, but have just printed one twice now.

    Hi Bully
When I click on the print button I get this page
Please follow the steps below to make sure you are set up for printing:
Please make sure your printer is switched on and has ink and paper ready for printing as this coupon from Andrex is only available online.

    printer_switched-on.gif

Click the 'print my coupon' button. If you are unsure whether your printer is working do test it before going any further.
You will then see the print dialogue box, select the printer you wish to use and click OK/print.

    Terms and Conditions of Use
Please note the coupon issued to you is unique and contains a personalised barcode. The data contained within the coupon holds unique tracking information allowing us to measure usage back to the individual.
This coupon must not be photocopied or tampered with in any way and is non-transferable due to the information it contains.By printing this coupon you are agreeing to only redeem it against the product offered.

Then I click on the print button and it prints. I have just done it to make sure it is working ok and it is, so it must be something to do with your computer/settings. As you know not techy so can't help any further, sorry.:(
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
