  • Well done Sher and tescbirdy. :)

I can't seem to win anythng on Doritos today, but not too upset about it. I only started doing the comp on Wednesday and won a camera first time out. Yesterday I won 4 x Chips n Dips, an Mp3 player and another camera! :D Very pleased to say the least and OH and DD are getting their requests in for goodies, lol. Will wait to see if they actually turn up yet, as not had validation on them yet.

Looking forward to using the mocs combined with spend and save till spits, etc tonight. :D

Blue got these today too. I am thinking of writing to Waitrose to complain about them wasting so much paper sending these out as who in these times spends £150 in one shop. Blue doesn't spend that in a month:eek: I can see the majority of these going in the bin, let's hope they get put in the recycle one.

Why don't all of us complain on waitty website forum? You have to log in order to post. http://www.waitrose.com/forum/default.aspx?g=posts&t=2014
at least they will know how many ppl they have disappointed.

I sent them an email to tell them their conditional spend coupons were very un-realistic and I also told them why I don't shop at their store anymore! Last time I went to Waitrose I left my shopping at the till because they wouldn't let me use more the 5 coupons, even though I was buying the items, and 5 coupons came to more than 1/2 the original total (I had some free and bogof coupons) so they said I could only use 2 of my coupons.:mad::mad: Maybe I should post my email to them on their forum!;)

Blimey the tills at T's are in a bit of a mess now they've been updated for this new moc system...had 10 x chip and dip mocs, and had got 20 lots of dips and 20 lots of chips as they are bogof...that wasn't a problem , the 2 together work out at £2.88 and the moc scans, ( it didn't last week , it was non-scan)but the price is £2.98....lots of head scartching and eventually transaction sent to another till, where they were inputted manually again but the button is not where it used to be...SA inputted them all at £2.98, so made £1 as well as 20 lots of c&d's for free...got 2 lots of micro chips which are £1.27 but moc is for £1.70..input after much headscratching at £1.70 as this is what the till said the moc was worth..so made 94p there...total shopping was £84.88 and paid £21.22....but there is an error on a 2 for £2.50 purchase which I have only just spotted so will be back for DTD next week....looks as though ordinary mocs will be no prob if you have bought the item, but non-scans are ones where you have to input the price of the item are going to give a few headaches....asked about Lidl and def not taking it....

Am awaiting the other chip and dip mocs to be posted now, taken me a week to realise I may as well save on printing...Doh!!!

Do you think Waitrose have realised that T's are taking their conditional spends? So they have increased the amounts on them to try and limit the use of them.....not sure why, but trying to think outside the box on this...

Doubt that will work now m4rtin...I've more to print but no room in my freezer.Totally agree the crinkled ones are sooo much nicer, will try it and look daft ( nothing new there!!) if I'm challenged at the till...got away with it quite a few times in the past, but with this new update now in place in my local T's , think it will be blocked now...I did manage to sneak in 1 Tropicana 50p ( that new flavour moc) against Original with Bits( on offer at £1.50, so £1 with moc), but she did that after all the confusion with the Doritos mocs and did it manually, so wonder if that would have been refused?

Bottom :o Oh well perhaps we need a new section of what moc will scan on 'alternatives' or do we think that may be counter-productive, giving T's information on the errors in their system so that they can correct them quicker?
