There was a young girl doing loads of reductions on the chilled section last night. Some of the items she was reducing were on BOGOF and OH told me another customer asked her if the offer would still work on the reduced prices. The staff member said they wouldn't, but they do.

I had 2 packs of Haddock in crumbs, 2 packs of tiger prawns and 2 packs of kippers for a total of £2.50 last night.

Had a email back from a guy called STORM in me old mate Sir Terry's office. Any how they say the store should be takin co-op and are sending me a £5 giftcard for their untrained staff trouts bad service, they also contacted the store manager who I have been assured will sort out any other trouts.

Any how they say the policy is as before, when they sent me a copy:

It is true that we have taken the decision to no longer accept Farmfoods conditional spend coupons. Please be assured that we did not take this decision lightly and this was only reached after careful consideration.
