when printing these coupons... i have wondered how much its actually costing us to print each one?? my printer hpf4280 only takes original cartridges and no refills... !!!
are we really saving??
If you use a lot of coupons then it would probably be worth buying an Epson or another printer that takes cheap ink.;) I now have 2 Epson's with continuous ink systems so my printing is very cheap. The reason why I have two is because the 1st one I had needed the counter to be re-set but I'd have to drive quite a distance to get that done plus pay £20 to have it done so hubby said just buy another printer. Then recently my "new" printer reached it's counter limit (Haven't had it a year yet either!!) so while I was at the computer fair I told the guy I bought both printers from. He told me that they could re-set both for me so I took both over to their shop and they re-set both printers and I had a 100ml bottle of black ink and it only cost me £20, plus I didn't have to drive to Timbucktoo!;)Murphy knows me too well and sticks to me like glue!0 -

There is a way to reset yourself, you can download the software to do it, my OH's old 1160 needed reseting about 2 year ago and we managed it ourselves, bit messy as you have to replace the ink pads but worth it to save money.0 -
Was just about to recycle my Tesco Healthy Living magazine when noticed coupon on the back for 50 Tesco points when you get a free Blood Pressure check at Tesco Pharmacy. Had it done this morning. Apparently you can get a free check even without the coupon.0

I looked everywhere for the software to do it myself but couldn't find it. Even asked on the techy thread but still no joy so when I got both done and a bottle of ink for the price I was quoted from the Epson approved service center I thought I did quite well.;)Murphy knows me too well and sticks to me like glue!0 -
