Mr T has 200gm tub of Dairylea light and 8 pk triangles reduced to 50p if anyone still has the 30p coupon from the Tesco mag (and does not have a fridge full of the stuff from the freebies;)) makes them 20p each. Yes I bought more. Dairylea and marmite on toast for brekkie for the next 6 months probably yum yum
Cashiers in my Tesco seem to be all checking the price on the free items in the last few days and manually putting the price in. Happened with the Port Salute, Milka and vodka, If they continue maybe I will put the price on the coupon for them to be helpful AND STOP TESCO CLAMING BACK THE FULL COST.Ha0 -
I wish they had prices for all the products they sell though as they could sell something cheaper than the other big supermarkets but it's not an "offer" so it doesn't get listed on their offers page. I must say, if I could do a comparison using Morrison's as well as the other 3 big stores then I would probably shop at Morrison's more and I have 2 near me too!!!;) They haven't realised the marketing opportunity they are missing out on by not using their website wisely by giving prices on all their products to increase their trade! They don't have to deliver but why have a website if you don't use it to it's full capacity to let people know what they sell and their price. I'll get off my soap box now! Maybe I should apply for the Head of Marketing position!;):rotfl:(I hope someone "high up" in Morrison's read's this and WAKES UP!!!!!)
I agree. I would love to be able to make proper price comparisons. The Morrisons near me is only small, but it would still be very helpful when compiling my list. I like to write my list out for which items are best bought in which store to save the most money, then go on my little supermarket tour.
Also, being as its a small store, I might consider the occasional visit to the nearest large Morrions, if I knew it was worth my while.
They are really wasting an ideal opportunity to pick up more custom from us savvy shoppers. So your answer don’t be scared of failure
For the only failure is never to try

Why not write to them with your suggestion - you may find yourself offered the post of Consultantas well as make them think about the possibility of increasing their sales.

I don't usually bother with coupons which need the amount inputting as it is bad enough with the ones which scan, but have decided to make an exception for the vodka ones:DBe thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

You beat me to it CC, DS went and got me the paper, thought we might get a coupon that lasted a week, not a day.
Never mind, will go shopping in a bit to use todays coupon, and a few milka, Dove, Temptations etc.
