I have been lurking here for a while and have decided today to become an official member!
I know that you experienced people will be able to help me with a small enquiry that I have.
Like many others I didn't know that you can claim back bank charges. My OH has incurred approx. £700 in charges and I wondered what is the best way to start trying to claim these back? Excuse the ignorance
