This seems to be a BIG bargain - it's £850 at Play.com
Sharp LC-32GA8E 32" HD Ready LCD TV with HDMI connector and 6ms response time for £610.99 + £5 delivery. There is 5% cashback from the pre-VAT price from Quidco which could get it down to £591.

Nope, Sharp's site has it as 12000:1

I think Sharp's site is in error - if you look at the "better" LC32GA9E model it's back down to 1200:1 - which is still pretty good.

Anyway, I've ordered the GA8E model from Misco - £591 if Quidco tracks.
I'll try and post a brief review when I get itDo Money Saving sites make you buy more bargains - and spend more money?0 -
Update - if you look on the "features" tab it's 1200:1, but 12000:1 on the "specs" tab.

Was I drunk earlier?? There's no way an LCD TV would have a 12000:1 contrast ratio just yet. Gotta be 1200:1. and this TV is around the £650 mark at plenty of places on the net, so Play must be a bit expensive for a change....

Check out PC World
Sharp LC32P70E Sharp 32" £598.00 and you can use Quidco. Specs may be slightly lower but looks to be a good price. Collect at store or find a free delivery code. Theres usually an offer floating about. This was selling around £1000 last christmas. The design has changed slightly.
