RBS - cheeky !!!!!!!s

Just had apex on the phone chasing me for payment of a debt with rbs, this is an overdraft debt, cutting long story short when they issued claim we entered a defence for the sum of bank charges, prat of a judge ruled in thier favour and we are paying £125 per month on initial sum of approx 5.5k - now about 4.5k - they only put ccj in my oh name and now apex are also chasing me for this debt, I rang rbs and have to cb Monday !!!! My oh btw was recently made redundant so I'm already paying this debt we can't even afford the amount we have to pay until he gets a job but have not missed one payment since the ccj was issued.
Focusing on clearing the credit cards in 2018 :T

  • had a run in with RBS myself to-day, can't make any suggestions but can certainly sympathise, they are the pits, so much for helping and listening, non-existant.

You are better than them, I know its hard feel free to have a good rant....................

RBS took from me what has amounted to about £35k, I had evidence I asked them by email not to do what they did to lose this money, they didn't listen and continued. They have cost me nearly 2 years of my life, the FOS ruled with them.

Now they are on the hunt to reel in everything for liquidity.

Oh but despite all their !!!! ups and failings still issue nice bonuses!!!
