All good with me except debt busting has slowed down as I have decided to let my hair down over the next few weeks, it may mean i miss my DFD by a month or two but at least i will have had some fun along the way.

I wouldn't worry if you've let your hair down for a bit, as long as your moving forward it doesn't matter and actually you'll pron find you don't go that mad!!
Yeah christmas plans have been made, pretty much family are in a similiar place to us with money so we've all committed to cheap presents, and just kids and 1 token per couple so should be good. Debt busting going ok, had a bit of expense on the car which truthfully i hadn't built up enough of a reserve for which i will make sure i have for next year, mot, insurance, new tyres etc etc. Still going down though which is all i'm pushing for.
To be honest been really fed u with the debt recently, if i didn't have CC payments we'd be comfortable and i'd be banking some cash. I do have to remember that most of it was for our house and has added value and i love coming home, so there are positives, just need to remind myself a bit more!April 2020 - £102,222 Loans/CC’s.

I know what you mean if we didnt have the cc we could have a holiday abroad every other month, but like you say as long as its going down its all positive.
Hopefully this time next year we will be in such a better place

I have plans to start on the mortgage when the debt is gone, when i lost my job last year it scared me having all this debt I never want to be in that situation again. Now after paying off £15k we can live on DH wage should anything happen but life will be so different when the debt is gone.
Im sure your determination will get you thereMARCH 2016 DEBT £25750/ £25035
