I ordered from here and got the free cosmetics once. I got loads of heavy greens and plum coloured make up, which would have looked great on coloured skin, but was far to heavy on my very pale skin!
I thought when you are buying more delicate colours, they would realise you are fair and send similar free things

I got some really nice free stuff last time I bought, so I think it's pot luck.
I don't think they make any attempt to personalise it.
The bags are already made up.
If you don't like the stuff you can get a few quid on ebay for it provided you don't use it.0
